Account Balance Inquiry

You can receive information regarding your account balance by dialing 121 or sending a blank message to 121 or pressing *121# and then pushing 'SEND' or 'Ok' button.
If you do not have sufficient funds in your account, your phone number will be automatically restricted (blocked) from making outgoing calls and/or using other services. However, you will still be able to receive calls during the recharge card validity period plus 90 days. If your account has no funds, your account will be active but with "limited access". During this status you will still be able to call ACCS's number (199) with the condition you have not used your 30 free calls to ACCS.

Automatic unblocking of barred outgoing calls and other services (from the "Limited access") is possible within 90 days starting from the time your number was blocked. After making a sufficient payment towards your account within the 90 day period, you will be able to make outgoing calls and use other Star - Cell services. After "limited access" status has been activated for more than 90 days, your incoming calls will be restricted as well and your account will be at "full blocked" status. If you have already used up your 30 free calls to ACCS (199), you still have the option to recharge through USSD service. Unblocking is possible within 6 months from the starting date of "limited access" blocking. If you fail to recharge your account within 6 months, your SIM will be fully deactivated. If you choose to reactivate the same number, you will need to pay the reactivation fee in Star - Cell Customer Care Counter.
